I found Adam at the company through a VW forum, where he and his team were highly recommended as one of the best (if not THE best) Volkswagen and Audi mechanics on the Gold Coast. Trustworthy, knowledgeable and skilled, these guys are genuine specialists, but more than that, they actually CARE about your vehicle and treat it with the same respect as you would.

Needless to say, I was extremely pleased with their pricing transparency and the level of service I received alongside their excellent workmanship.

Very refreshing. Thanks again guys. I'll be back.

Absolutely top notch service from the guys of this company. Brought my car to them after it was suffering some mechanical issues. Not only did they fit me into their very busy schedule on short notice, they fixed the problem quickly and also did a full service of the car on top of that. Would definitely recommend them to any VW owner.

Excellent service, price and communication(a rare combination), highly recommended. Braith is always polite, informative and gives excellent recommendations for services outside his brief(tyres, spares, etc.) vehicles always come back clean and any follow-up issues are dealt with promptly.

I've been getting my Golf GTI serviced by Joe and the team at the company for many years and have never had a single issue, or questioned their recommendations. Joe is so knowledgeable about these cars and can explain things in great detail. He has never been pushy or over-sold on what needs doing. On several occasions I've had things that didn't seem right with my car (in between scheduled services) and he's told me to just drop in for him to check it out, at no charge. They topped up some fluids for me just this afternoon, even though my car is due to be serviced shortly. Such a lovely person to deal with, and very well priced, high-quality workmanship. Well done Joe. Keep it up!!

Having been sold a car that isn't what it was said to be and finding ourselves looking at a potential bill for thousands and thousands! I took my 2015 Audi S3 to these guys for its 4th year major service. Audi quoted me 2300 these guys charged 1200. They instantly picked up on a failure of my AWD haldex pump and with the benefit of hindsight, it hadn't been working for over 2 years as that's how long I had been getting front wheel slippage on acceleration and also significant lag. In this time, I had taken the car into Audi for its year 2 and 3 services and they hadn't picked it up. Now my car accelerates like a boss again and it's like having a brand new car. If you don't have a service plan with Audi, don't waste your time with them. Bring your car to these experts. It won't void your warranty, they are significantly cheaper and better.

Fantastic service and very well priced. Matt felivers high quality of service. I had an issue with my car which other mechanics couldn't find whats wrong and they quoted me ridiculous numbers for diagnosing and may fixing the issue. Matt drove with my car for 2 minutes, spotted the issue and fixed it for an incredible price in a very short timr.

After being told by another mechanic that I needed a new injector fuel pump and injectors totalling a cost of around 5 grand, feeling this is wrong i took it to the company. What a great service and feedback from them. They broke down the problems and how to correctly diagnose the issue, turned out to be a faulty water sensor valve. Car is back to running normal. Great people to deal with.

Recently dropped my VW in for a routine service - friendly team, very professional and stayed in touch throughout the day to update on when it woudl be ready. Definitely recommend as an alternative to a dealership, where I had several poor experiences in the past

Just when you think impeccable old fashioned service is a thing of the past, the management and mechanical staff at The Company will prove you wrong. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle to the moment I picked it up, I cannot fault the staff, service and quality of work this place delivers. The place is spotless, which is also testament to the pride they have in their business. Lent me a courtesy car for the day which was invaluable. If you want a backyard ordinary job, don't go here. You get what you pay for. The staff were professional, dedicated and kept me in the loop with the work that needed to be done on my vehicle. After inspection of various issues with my vehicle, they called to quote me a competitive price for the extensive work. It was all done that day (as parts were available) and when I picked up the vehicle, it had been cleaned and drove like a dream. Thanks guys, I'll be back and I'll also be recommending you to my colleagues who drive European cars, and I note you also offered to service my second car (non-European), and also a competitive rate. A very happy customer.

Kaleel and his crew are brilliant! They fixed my Audi R8 after the Audi dealer couldnt find what was wrong with my suspension. And they are honest with pricing too. Once youve experienced this level of service you dont go anywhere else. Now I truly understand why all the google reviews are 5 star - the company deserve it!

I was so delighted, I felt like I drove away with a new car! Well above my expectations!
The company put my faith back into car repairs and have earned my loyalty. They are reasonably priced, professional, responsive, efficient, capable, extremely knowledgeable, accommodated my odd hours effortlessly & seem to care about my car the way I do.

I limped my little Golf GTI in for a water pump replacement and drove away with a purring kitten again, well above my expectations.
